libeinspline-dev software package provides library for interpolating cubic basis splines (static library and doc), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libeinspline-dev
libeinspline-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libeinspline-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libeinspline-dev *
You will get with libeinspline-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
